Our process laboratory ensures constant product quality compliance with requested manufacturing specifications.
Our laboratory is responsible for product quality and safety control. Our laboratory facilities and software allow to control the geometry of the product (width, thickness, length) as well as test adhesion of the tape to steel with 1800 N (deg.) and tape adhesion control in seconds, disruptive load at N (deg.).
By request our laboratory can test product parameters listed above.
7 steps of quality control

• Raw material control by supplier. Our adhesive tapes are produced from components sourced from suppliers guaranteeing compulsory quality inspection in test laboratories in accordance with ASTM international standards.
• Incoming material inspection at the place of production: incoming components are subject to mandatory quality inspection. Our process laboratory performs the tests in accordance with State Standard (GOST) requirements.
• Product sample tests during the production process by our laboratory for product compliance with technical specifications
• Finished product process control. Prior to shipment to the warehouse, each product batch undergoes quality inspection.
• Incoming inspection of finished product at the warehouse. Quality control department performs mandatory product quality inspection. Each adhesive tape order is inspected for compliance with the specifications (film thickness, roll length, exterior specifications compliance etc.)
• During order packaging for shipment to customer, product pack marking is inspected for compliance
• Quality inspection by customer.
